Payment can be made via post, telephone and in person. Mastercard, Visa, and Switch can be used. Bookings made by Mastercard and Visa are subject to a £1 booking fee. All tickets are subject to availability. Only one discount is available per ticket.
Please note: Once purchased we are unable to refund payment but tickets for some performances can be exchanged for another showing of the same production subject to ticket availability. Tickets for exchange must be returned to the Box Office at least two working days before the performance they are valid for; an exchange fee of 10% of the original ticket value is applicable, as well as any increase in ticket price. Please note that if exchanged tickets are of a lesser value than those originally purchased, we are unable to refund the difference and the exchange fee will still be charged. Sole performances and one-night events are exempt from the exchange policy.
