Box Office Opening hours Monday – Saturday 10am – 8pm. Please note the Box Office is very busy between 10am – 11am & 7pm – 8pm.
Payment
Payment can be made via post, telephone and in person. Mastercard, Visa, and Switch can be used. Bookings made by Mastercard and Visa are subject to a £1 booking fee. Solo and Electron cards can be used except for online bookings. Cheques should be made payable to Watford Palace Theatre. All online sales occur a £1 booking fee.
By Post
Please include full booking details and a SAE or add 50p for postage, otherwise your tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection.
Reservations
Tickets may also be reserved (payment to be received within 4 days) . If you reserve tickets within four days of the performance, please arrive at least 45 minutes before the performance starts to collect them. Any unpaid tickets not collected by this time will be released for general sale.
Gift Vouchers
National Theatre Tokens, which can be redeemed at 235 other venues around the UK including London’s West End, can be purchased and redeemed here at WPT through our box office or via our website.

Conditions of Sale
All tickets are subject to availability. Only one discount is available per ticket.

Please note: Once purchased we are unable to refund payment but tickets for some performances can be exchanged for another showing of the same production subject to ticket availability. Tickets for exchange must be returned to the Box Office at least two working days before the performance they are valid for; an exchange fee of 10% of the original ticket value is applicable, as well as any increase in ticket price. Please note that if exchanged tickets are of a lesser value than those originally purchased, we are unable to refund the difference and the exchange fee will still be charged. Sole performances and one-night events are exempt from the exchange policy.
Latecomers
We ask latecomers to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats. We reserve the right to seat you where appropriate.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our patrons the building is completely no smoking at all times.
Parental Guidance some productions may be considered unsuitable for children please ask the Box Office when booking.
Programme, seating, cast and pricing alterations are at the discretion of the management.
